sohoBoost One Year Manufacturer Warranty

Eligibility:

Customers from all contiguous USA states qualify for our one-year manufacturer warranty, FOB Houston, Texas, USA. This warranty starts from the delivery date to the customer, as documented by the delivery service. Repairs will be processed within 30 days from the defective merchandise arrival date to us (please contact us if you're not in one of the contiguos USA states).

Request Process:

Simply email us at warranty@sohoboost.com with a description of the issue, possibly accompanied by photos of hte issue, and we will issue you an warranty claim code for you.

Proof of Purchase:

Only the original purchaser qualifies for the warranty, because such warranty is non-transferrable.

Product/Service Condition:

Products that became defective because of misses or negligence of any kind do not qualify for this warranty.

Exceptions:

Free repairs are denied in case of intentional abuse and/or excessive damage due to misuse/negligence.

Timeframe for Repairs:

Repairs will be done within 30 days from the returned merchandise arrival date to us, as documented by the freight carrier or delivery service.

Return Shipping Costs:

In the case of manufacturing defects, return shipping is free.

Modifications to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the manufacturer warranty at any time, and we will communicate such changes to all customers still in the one-year window via email.
